The Power of T.E.A

We know our tea like no other - which of course you'd expect.

However, we always like to delve a little deeper into why and how tea can benefit your wellbeing.

Would you believe tea drinkers have less trips to the dentist, we are built like world class athletes and we will never go rusty?! Well, maybe we are getting a little over excited here, but let us explain to you the power of T.E.A.

T is for Teeth. The experts in oral care are always advising us to avoid fizzy drinks and coffee. Did you know? Tea, unlike many other drinks does not appear to erode tooth enamel. It can also change the pH in your mouth when you drink it, that may lead to less cavities and therefore, less trips to the dentist for us tea lovers!

E is for Endurance. Tea can boost exercise endurance - yes really. Scientists have discovered that the catechins in green tea extract increase the body's ability to burn fat as fuel, which accounts for improved, super muscle endurance. Bodies like athletes!

A is for Antioxidants. You may have heard that tea contains antioxidants. But do you know how they can help you? These little beauties work to prevent the body's version of rust and therefore, help to keep us young and protect us from damage from pollution. See no rusty parts here!

In addition to the 3 amazing benefits of T.E.A it can also help protect us against cardiovascular and degenerative diseases. It's hydrating, protects us from UV rays and green tea has been found to improve bone mineral density and strength.

Sadly as fantastic as these elements are, they would have ruined our spelling of T.E.A!
