Green Tea, Spicy and Nice

It will be no surprise to you to hear us say "We Love Tea", all kinds of tea, especially green tea.

It has some truly amazing health benefits. It's higher in antioxidants than any other tea, it's great for your metabolism, brain, heart, nervous system and your digestive system. It's also incredibly good at balancing hormones.

As we adjust to the clocks changing, the darker days and edging closer to winter, we thought we would help you out by sharing this great little recipe for a spicy tea that you can enjoy on colder days.

During this time of year we are seeing stalls, shops, pubs and restaurants offering mulled wine to fit in with the feel of winter, keeping warm during trick or treating, watching the fireworks display or doing your Christmas shopping. It's also the time of year where we tend to indulge a little more than usual. Therefore, it's vital to keep your body and mind in tip top condition.

This recipe is perfect for those of you who don't have a taste for mulled wine or perhaps don't drink alcohol. Enjoy and let us know what you think.
