Delivery to UK and Ireland is £2.99. All orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days (Monday - Friday not including bank holidays). Please ensure you have the package delivered to an address where someone will be present to receive it in order to avoid any disappointment. Royal Mail leaves a 'Something for you card' when an item is too big for your letterbox and no one is available to take delivery. Check the card to see how long you should wait before attempting to collect and what ID you will need to take with you. If you cannot get to your local delivery office to collect it, you may be able to make a redelivery arrangement directly with Royal Mail to get your item to you. Parcels not received or collected that are returned to us will be subject to a repeat delivery charge.
Delivery to Europe is £16.50 and the rest of the world is £19.50. We will use international tracking services where available. Larger orders (over 1.25 kg) may be subject to additional shipping charges. If this is the case, we will contact with you with a revised delivery price prior to dispatch. We ask that you allow 15 working days for orders to arrive however the items are usually delivered within 7 - 10 days after dispatch.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond the control of Mazawattee Tea and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Please note we cannot be held accountable for any delays in customs clearance. We cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommend that all customers make themselves aware of such charges before ordering.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses or freight forwarding addresses. If you do not see your country on the list at the checkout, please contact us. Due to strict customs rules in Australia, we are unable to dispatch anything that contains citrus peel. We ship to most countries, however at this time we are unable to ship to Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Mazawattee Tea requires you to inspect the goods and in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods being sent to you, you must notify us promptly by using the contact us page. Please provide proof of purchase. You will receive a full refund including the original postage and packaging charge by returning the faulty, damaged or incorrect goods to us within 30 days from the date of delivery of goods and providing payment has already been received. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. All refunds will be made to the payment card on which the original purchase was made. If you buy a pack and wish to return it, you must return all the items to qualify for a full refund of the price paid. Otherwise, a partial refund amount will be offered which will not be equal to the RRP of the item(s) you are returning. We also reserve the right to offer a replacement item of similar or equal value. This does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Mazawattee Tea hopes you are happy with any item purchased but if you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item. You can notify us of the return of the item by using the contact us page. We ask that you exercise care by not removing packaging or seals while examining the item unless you are certain you intend to keep the item. In the event that an item is not in a saleable condition and not in its original undamaged packaging, we shall not permit that item to be returned nor shall we refund the cost of this item to you. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you.
