How do I make a delicious cup of tea?
Place one tea bag per cup. Pour freshly boiled water (85°C for green tea) over the tea bag and allow to brew for 2 - 3 minutes, or longer according to how you like it. Alternatively, place one tea bag per person into a warmed teapot and allow to brew as above. Remove the tea bag(s). Add milk or lemon if preferred. Stir and enjoy. Note: never boil the same water twice and never squeeze the tea bag.
Are your tea bags biodegradable?
Yes. Our loose leaf pyramid tea bags are made from plant starch and are sealed using ultrasound which makes them biodegradable and eco-friendly.
Why isn't my coupon code working?
The coupon code is valid up to the date specified. The code does not apply to delivery charges and cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.
How much is the delivery?
Delivery to UK is £3.50 (free on orders over £15). Delivery to Europe is £16.50 and the rest of the world is £25.00. Go here to find out more about delivery.
When will my order arrive?
All orders to UK will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days (Monday - Friday not including bank holidays). For Europe and the rest of the world, we ask that you allow 15 working days for orders to arrive however the items are usually delivered within 7 - 10 days after dispatch.
